The hotel is near charing cross, 10 min walk to botanical garden. the staff is friendly and the food was very good. so was the room and the hotel facilitiess Food in the restaurant was very good and best north indian vegetarian i ever had in south india. though there is scope for further improvement in terms of room service and reception staff, still i should say that i enjoyed my stay at preethi palace, ooty.
